Sending it back

If it does not fit

A return goes back the way it came

Because our retail partner sold and sent the piece, they are also the ones who take it back. The return is started from the order in your account with them, under whatever policy applied when you bought.

We are not part of that transaction. We cannot authorise a return, issue money back, or send you a label.

What we can do instead

If the piece did not fit, tell us what happened and we will tell you which of our cuts runs closer to what you need. That is the useful half we actually control.

The verdict printed on each listing page comes from people who wore that piece. Where a garment runs small, we say so before you buy rather than after.

Before you send anything back

Check the measurement chart on the listing against the piece you have. Half the time the garment is exactly what the chart said and the chart was the thing nobody read.

Keep the piece unworn and in its packaging until you have decided. The partner’s policy will say what condition they expect.

Common questions

Who pays to send it back?
That is set by the partner’s policy for the order in question, not by us.
How long does the money take to come back?
The partner processes it and their timing applies. We never held the payment.
Can I swap a size directly with you?
No. We do not hold stock, so there is nothing here to swap.
