Letters reach us at the office, which is a suite upstairs at Ontario Mills rather than a shop floor.

There is no counter to walk up to and nothing on a rail to try on. Do not send a parcel here either: a return travels back to whoever took the payment, and that is the partner, not us.

What we can actually help with

Which of two cuts runs closer to true. What a size label on a particular listing means. Whether a piece has real pockets or fake ones. A mistake on this site, which we would rather hear about than not.

Give us the name of the piece as it appears here, and your own measurements if the question is about fit. That is usually enough.

What we cannot help with

Anything to do with an order you have already placed. We do not take the payment, we do not pack the parcel, and we cannot see your order. Where a purchase went through our retail partner, their own account pages and their own support handle it.

We also cannot change a price or hold stock. Both belong to the partner.

How long we take

A few working days, usually less. If a question needs us to go and measure something, it takes longer and we will say so.
