About this piece
We cut these skinny jeans in a solid black stretch denim that holds its shape throughout a long day on your feet. The mid-rise waist sits naturally above the hips, fastened with a sturdy metal button and a classic zip fly. We finish the legs at a full 30 inch inseam.
How it is made
Five Working Pockets
We build these with traditional five-pocket styling, including three front pockets and two patch pockets in the back. Each pocket is deep enough to hold everyday items without pulling the denim out of shape.
Mid-Rise Fit
We set the waistband at a mid-rise that stays put when you sit or bend. For the Small, the waist measures 28 to 29 inches, and we recommend sizing up if you fall between sizes.
Thirty Inch Inseam
We cut the legs slim through the calf down to a 30 inch inseam, or 76.2 centimeters. The narrow ankle hem stacks cleanly over sneakers or tucks neatly into tall boots.
Stretch Black Denim
We weave this opaque black cloth with a true denim texture and just enough stretch for ease of movement. The fabric washes easily in cold water and dries on low heat.

The bottom is quite tight. I had to cut off fabric and rehem the pants. I am 5'2", so that is almost always a given. Once I shortened them, the bottoms were a bit less tight. Just something to consider. Otherwise, I like the fit, overall.
