About this piece
Wet grass and cold drizzle should not cut the morning walk short. We build this poncho with a lightweight water-resistant nylon shell over a second lining layer to keep dogs dry and comfortable. A hood covers the head, while a dedicated harness slit lets the leash clip through without bunching up the fabric.
How it is made
Double Layer Nylon
We coat lightweight nylon to resist water on the outer shell and back it with an inner layer for added coverage. Adjustable drawstrings help tune the fit around your dog so the coat stays put in windy rain.
Leash Opening and Reflectors
We cut a reinforced harness hole near the neck so you can attach a lead directly to the collar underneath. High-visibility reflective panels along the body catch headlights during early morning or nighttime walks.
Hood and Dual Pockets
We attach a fitted hood to cover ears in heavy downpours. Two exterior pockets on the back hold waste bags or small treats, keeping walking essentials right on your dog rather than in your hands.
Six Dog Sizes
We measure lengths from the base of the hood to the longest point on the coat. Sizing spans Small for 12 inch backs up to XXX-Large for 28 inch backs, giving small pups and large breeds identical rain coverage.
