About this piece

We print this lightweight polyester bucket hat with bright melting faces for sunny afternoons. Multiple stitched eyelets around the crown keep air moving on hot days. An adjustable inner cord with a hook and loop tab lets you set the circumference so it stays put in a breeze.

How it is made

Dripping Smiley Print

We print durable polyester with bold melting faces across the crown and downward brim. The weave holds its color in bright sunlight and folds flat into a tote bag without creasing.

Adjustable Interior Cord

Inside the sweatband, we run a hidden drawstring with a hook and loop fastener. You can cinch the band tighter or loosen it to suit your head circumference throughout the day.

Crown Eyelets

We punch and stitch ventilation eyelets directly into the sides of the crown. These let trapped heat escape when you are out on the golf course, hiking trails, or sitting by the pool.

Packable Polyester

We build the entire hat from 100 percent polyester that rolls down small for travel. It shakes back into shape quickly when pulled from a backpack, beach bag, or glove box.
